The complete course of training involves between 12 and 18 months of study according to previous experience, pace, pattern and time. We have our own learning and management system called the Virtual Training Centre or VTC which comprises an on-line learning system that delivers interactive learning resources via any Internet connection. We offer full support for all programme routes comprising e-mail support to a tutor with a maximum 3 day response to all learning queries, tutor initiated telephone support if query response requires it and VTC help elements of forum, chat room and FAQs.

In-centre attendance is available on certain programme routes and gives you the choice of either day or evening attendance. In-centre sessions are made up of ‘Practical Workshop’ sessions, ideal if you would like to carry out a practical task with a qualified tutor on hand to assist or theory ‘Tutorial’ based sessions to help improve your knowledge and understanding.
Hardware required to undertake the practical elements of the programme is available on certain programme routes. Optional 'PC Pack' available. All software required for completion of the course is supplied.
