EasyBook

EasyBook is a comprehensive call management system that incorporates the facilities identified as being essential to a modern day booking system. It has been designed with the intention of making booking, locating, and management of appointments both intuitive and fast.

EasyBook has a variety of set-ups and features with the addition of an integrated calling and messaging system. This function can be used in conjunction with a Plasma/LCD screen or alternatively display boards, providing clients with information relating to areas such as their place within a queue and approximate waiting time. Alternatively, you may opt to present anything from local advertising features to films.

Depending on the media you use, either video or television can be shown to customers in your waiting area. The video can be anything from films to local advertising. All messages for customers to do with their waiting can be displayed, ensuring that your messages are seen by those in the waiting room.

Booking and location Appointments

The search engine built into the system is prompt, flexible and informative, with the capacity to modify to accommodate any bespoke needs relating to a particular industry or business. The system is also full conversant with multiple users utilising the appointment system simultaneously.

A pre-defined criterion is also accessible and modifiable including options such as AM or PM preferences, or availability of a particular date or week. Once a slot is assigned you can define the length of appointment, reason for and any additional text can be included to assist the processes of your business. In addition EasyBook also has the capacity to function in alignment with any existing back end data source such as CRM or simply a contacts database.

Diary Management System

Daily or weekly schedules can be extremely unpredictable, where the structure may need to be reactive to any changes made instantaneously. With the in-built scheduling module the system will be able to tackle any unforeseen event effortlessly without having a negative impact on workload. This utility allows sessions to be generated for each individual on a daily, weekly, or a monthly basis. By situating the frequency of each session (e.g., every Monday, everyday, every other Friday), you will have immediate control over the whole day. These sessions also have the functionality to appoint other attributes such as defining stat and end times, a default appointment length, breaks in a schedule, or availability in the case of an unforeseen event. An individual can even be assigned with their own colour code.

Defining your view

Each session within EasyBook is displayed in a unique panel with allotted schedules, together with details of all those occupied. You can generate multiple sessions within the system to accommodate different resource to a maximum of four in any view, which can be designed specifically to your requirements. These screens can be assigned titles and defined exactly to specified requirements, with the facility to also allow the user to command the system to generate the same view for more efficient, immediate access to critical information.
