Our primary concern to bespoke work is to build a relationship with the customer. We will dedicate a business analyst and/or project manager immediately to you, to discuss your requirements and how best we can help. Working to PRINCE2 project standards, our goal is to always keep you involved in the process whilst allowing you to continue running your business.

Our typically robust project planning will work as follows:

1. User Requirement Gathering
   The first crucial stage is to determine the business case for the project, what the users need and how they expect to achieve them. This stage can often be rushed, which is a mistake. Only requirements gathered here will be developed in the correct manner. Requirements which are found to be needed later in the project will only add possible confusion, time delays and, most importantly to the customer, unknown additional costs.
2. Functional Specification
   Once the users requirements are confirmed, a functional specification will be put together by our team. This will detail design plans, project plans, test plans, our proposed approach, agreed project tolerance and scope, test plans
